CALCampus

NH Refund Policy.

Instructional period begins on date of course enrollment confirmation. CALCampus follows the State of New Hampshire refund policy as stated in Hedc 307. CALCampus does not participate in federal programs. Refunds are based upon the date of course enrollment confirmation, not on how much work a student did or did not do.

Full Refund. A school shall provide a student with a full refund within 30 days, of all monies paid, (minus drop fee and non-refundable new student admission fee) if:

(a) The school procured the student's enrollment as the result of any false representations in the written materials used by the school or in oral representations made by or on behalf of the school (student must notify school in writing within 7 days of course confirmation); or

(b) The student withdraws (in writing) from the program or course on or before the first day of instruction (course confirmation date), a full refund, less an administrative fee (drop fee and non-refundable new student admission fee), not to exceed $150.

Other Refunds.

(a) A school shall provide a student with a partial refund within 30 days of monies paid if:

(1) A student who withdraws or is dismissed before 50% of the instruction period (6 weeks from date of course confirmation) shall receive a pro-rata refund, less an administrative fee (new student admission fee plus $25 drop fee), not to exceed $350;

(2) A student who withdraws or is dismissed after more than 50% of the instruction period (6 weeks+1 day from date of course confirmation) shall receive no refund.

(b) All efforts shall be made to refund prepaid amounts for books, supplies and other charges unless the student has consumed or used those items and they can no longer be used or sold to new students, or returned by the school to the supplier. (Note: CALCampus does not receive payment nor issue refunds for books and supplies. Students buy their own books elsewhere.)

Notice of Withdrawal. A school shall require that notice of withdrawal be in writing, but shall not require a specific manner of delivery. (Note: Date of drop for refund purposes is the postal date of surface mailed drop notification; or date on e-mail header; or date on fax.) The drop request must be acknowledged in writing by the Registrar (registrar @ calcampus.edu) to be effective. If you do not hear from the Registrar within 48 hours, please call us.
